3 Fried Eggs, 2 Spinach Muffins w/ Guacamole, 3 mini-sausages (made w/ leftover pork and homemade sausage seasoning mix from Scotch Egg Prep yesterday)

 

**This is more food than I would typically eat for breakfast, but I was really hungry, so I ate a lot of higher-fat food early in the day to try to avoid having the "munchies" all day long**

Update - 2pm - my plan seems to have worked :) No Munchies as of yet!

I set this site up to accompany my main blog at www.christietracy.blogspot.com.

I'll be starting 100 days of the "Whole30" Paleo Program on January 1st, and will be posting pics here of every bite that goes in my mouth . . . talk about accountability!

My hopes for this pictural food log are that it will help to keep me accountable and also show others that preparing Paleo-Compliant meals really isn't as hard as they might think!
