3 eggs cooked in coconut oil, artichoke hearts, 5 raspberries

3 Fried Eggs, 2 Spinach Muffins w/ Guacamole, 3 mini-sausages (made w/ leftover pork and homemade sausage seasoning mix from Scotch Egg Prep yesterday)
**This is more food than I would typically eat for breakfast, but I was really hungry, so I ate a lot of higher-fat food early in the day to try to avoid having the "munchies" all day long**
Update - 2pm - my plan seems to have worked :) No Munchies as of yet!
